Facilities Supervisor $30/Hour + OT Opportunities + WEEKLY

Are you an experienced maintenance professional who enjoys being hands-on, leading a team, and working in a unique environment? We're looking for a Facilities Supervisor to help keep a performing arts theater running smoothly and looking show-ready!

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn and grow, enjoys a fun and easygoing team environment, and has an interest in theater or live events.

Key Requirements:
  • Supervisory experience is required
  • Construction, contracting, building maintenance, or similar experience preferred
  • Custodial experience is preferred
  • Experience effectively supervising and scheduling employees
  • General building and HVAC maintenance knowledge
  • Basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpet repair skills
  • Comfortable performing hands-on cleaning, including bathrooms, windows, vacuuming, and mopping
  • Basic computer skills required for scheduling and online HVAC controls
  • Inventory management experience is a plus
  • Ability to coordinate contractors, vendors, repairs, and service providers
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • OSHA/Hazmat training is a plus
  • Schedule flexibility is required, especially during productions and events

Shifts:
  • During Off Season:
    • Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
  • During Shows & Productions:
    • Schedule will vary based on the event calendar. Evening and weekend availability is required, and some shifts may run until approximately 11:00 PM.
    • Flexibility is a must for this position.
