Job Summary:

We are filling gaps in the healthcare continuum providing Wellness, Comfort, Care and meaningful employment! Milford Wellness Village is seeking a skilled Painter to join our facilities team and help keep our campus safe, functional, and looking its best. As a Painter, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and operational integrity of all buildings on campus, including painting, basic maintenance, and repair work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform interior and exterior painting, drywall repair, and surface preparation
• Complete routine maintenance work orders, including light bulbs, hanging of pictures, etc.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs for facility systems and equipment
• Respond to work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in safe working condition
• Support special projects, renovations, and setup for campus events as needed
• Follow safety standards and building codes

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in general maintenance or painting (healthcare setting preferred)
• Knowledge of basic building systems, tools, and repair techniques
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Reliable, punctual, and customer service-oriented
• MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK

Schedule & Benefits:
