Description Coordinate and manage administrative tasks to ensure seamless project execution. Assist in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates to project tracking systems. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate project progress. Schedule and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes as needed. Handle correspondence, inquiries, and requests related to assigned projects.
