Job description

Job Summary:

All Wildlife Animal Eviction is looking for a dedicated, brave, and knowledgeable Wildlife Control Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be the front-line expert handling nuisance wildlife management, structural inspections, humane exclusions, and animal eviction services for residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate loves working outdoors, has exceptional customer service skills, and is comfortable working at heights and in tight structural spaces.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Inspection & Diagnosis: Conduct thorough structural inspections (roofs, attics, crawlspaces, foundations) to identify target nuisance wildlife species, access points, and property damage.

  • Eviction & Exclusion: Implement safe, legal, and humane trapping, eviction, and structural wildlife exclusion techniques (installing flashing, screening, and one-way doors) in strict compliance with state regulations.

  • Customer Consultation: Clearly explain wildlife behaviors, required treatment plans, and repair estimates to homeowners and property managers with extreme professionalism.

  • Damage Remediation: Perform basic carpentry and sealing repairs to prevent recurring wildlife entry; handle attic sanitation or insulation restoration as required.

  • Compliance & Documentation: Maintain precise digital records of service calls, trap lines, state reporting logs, and chemical/pesticide applications where applicable.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Licensing: Must possess an active, valid Nuisance Wildlife Control Operator License issued by the Department of Natural Resources (DNR).

  • Physical Capability: Must be completely comfortable working with large ladders and lift up to 100LBS, climbing on high-pitch roofs, and entering confined areas like attics or crawlspaces in various weather conditions.

  • Experience: Previous experience in wildlife control, pest management, carpentry, or roofing is highly preferred.

  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record (MVR) to operate a company service vehicle.

  • Background Screening: Ability to pass a mandatory criminal background check and drug screening.
