  • Oversee vendor sourcing, contracting, and on-site management with a focus on quality and storytelling
  • Ensure compliance with permits, safety standards, and operational requirements
  • Measure success through engagement, feedback, and brand impact

Resident & Community Programming

  • Create experiences that foster belonging and enhance the long-term resident journey
  • Collaborate with Residential Operations and Leasing to support retention, referrals, and community engagement
  • Leverage digital platforms, curated invitations, and on-property moments to promote experiences
  • Gather resident insights and adapt programming to evolving preferences

Financial & Operational Oversight
  • Develop and manage event budgets with an emphasis on value, experience quality, and efficiency
  • Negotiate vendor agreements aligned with brand expectations and fiscal responsibility
  • Ensure accurate billing, reconciliation, and reporting
  • Maintain organized records, timelines, and event documentation

Leadership & Brand Stewardship
  • Lead event teams and partners with professionalism, warmth, and confidence
  • Uphold Sentral service standards and experiential philosophy across all touchpoints
  • Act as a visible brand ambassador during events, embodying the Sentral culture and aesthetic

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • 4-6 years of experience in luxury boutique hospitality, lifestyle hotels, or mixed-use environments
  • Strong background in group events, special events, and experiential programming
  • Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and creative problem-solving skills
