Geraghty North Sales Manager

The Geraghty North Sales Manager drives new business for The Geraghty North, Kehoe Designs' newest event venue opening in Spring/Summer 2027. This role is responsible for developing client relationships and securing bookings across corporate, social, wedding, and nonprofit events. The position manages the full sales cycle, from prospecting and presentations to contract execution and event oversight, working closely with Event Designers, Producers, and venue teams to ensure seamless planning and successful event execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and secure new business through networking, outreach, and industry engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Lead venue tours, sales presentations, and proposal development.
  • Manage the full sales process including contracts, deposits, and payment schedules.
  • Collaborate with Event Designers, Producers, and venue staff to ensure events are executed according to client expectations and contract details.
  • Serve as a key client contact throughout planning and event execution when needed.
  • Track sales activity and progress toward revenue goals.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, venue offerings, and event innovations.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of sales experience in hospitality, events, catering, or related industries.
  • Proven success in client acquisition, presentations, and closing sales.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint); event software experience a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and events as needed.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements

  • Ability to use a computer 80% the work day.
  • Ability to sit up to80% of the work day.
  • Ability to walk80% of the work day.
  • Ability to travel to clients.
  • Must have 20/20 vision with correction.
