Sales Representative and Trainer

At Devine Business Group, we are dedicated to providing top-tier supplemental insurance products that help businesses protect their most valuable assettheir employees. We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Representative and Trainer. This is an independent contractor role where you'll play a key part in attracting new business clients and mentoring our growing sales team.

About the Role

This is an in-the-field, business-to-business sales position. You'll work directly with business decision-makers to develop customized supplemental insurance solutions that meet their unique needs. The ideal candidate is a self-reliant, goal-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping others succeed.

As a Sales Representative and Trainer, you'll balance achieving personal sales goals with coaching and developing others to reach their full potential.


Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development

  • Drive new business growth by promoting supplemental insurance solutions directly in the field, going business to business.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

  • Consistently meet sales goals by identifying opportunities, addressing client needs, and maintaining ethical sales practices.

Training and Mentorship

  • Provide hands-on training and coaching to new sales representatives to help them succeed.

  • Lead by example to inspire, motivate, and cultivate a high-performance culture.

  • Conduct workshops and individual training sessions to foster professional growth and team success.

Experience:

  • Proven success in B2B sales, ideally with experience mentoring or training others.
