Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Automotive Sales role located in Gainesville, GA. The Automotive Sales team member will greet and assist customers, identify their vehicle needs, and present suitable new and pre-owned options. Responsibilities include conducting test drives, explaining vehicle features and financing options, preparing sales paperwork, and following up with prospects and existing customers to build lasting relationships. The role also involves maintaining product knowledge, staying informed about inventory and promotions, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve individual and team sales goals. Consistent professional communication, accurate documentation, and adherence to company policies and ethical sales practices are expected.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly with a diverse range of customers.
  • Sales aptitude, including basic understanding of consultative selling, negotiation, and closing techniques in a retail or automotive environment.
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple customers, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.

  • Basic computer literacy for using dealership systems, CRM tools, email, and digital communication platforms.

  • Ability to work on-site in Gainesville, GA, including evenings and weekends as required for retail hours.
  • Prior experience in automotive sales, retail sales, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided.
