Job description

Title : Oracle Fusion ERP Admin Consultant

Location: Watsonville, CA (On-site 4 Days)

Duration : 6+ Months

Interview Mode: In Person (Onsite positions and final interview with client will be in person.)

Job Description:

This role will be part of a growing team responsible for maintaining and supporting all aspects of the Oracle Fusion CloudERP applications. The Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Administrator is responsible for supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP,EPM & OTMย application deployment administration and managing the SaaS Oracle applications. This role will also require strong knowledge on supporting user access, auditing, and custom role security design. In addition, this role requires experience in managing the Oracle application environments with supporting refreshes, outages, system monitoring, configurations, and patching. Lastly, the role requires supporting technical object migrations including BIP, ESS, BICC and OIC as required.

We are looking for a candidate with an in-depth understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud, experience in ERP implementations, and a team player and leader that is reliable, enthusiastic, committed, creative, and customer focused. This role also requires strong collaboration skills to focus on a diverse palette of technical and operational work in a continuously evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively support Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, and OTM SaaS environments, configurations, user access and auditing, and instance patching.
  • Focus on managing Oracle refreshes and patches as needed. Delivering instances back to working condition to users.
  • Support user security and roles within Oracle Fusion Cloud, OTM, EPM and guide users as needed to provide proper access to proper functionality.
  • Manage auditing for users and access for ERP, EPM and OTM ensuring access violations are to a minimum in Oracle RMC.
  • Manage Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP application such as completing configurations, migrate reporting objects, and OIC objects as needed.
  • Work with Oracle to perform System/Service Maintenance Tasks, Back Up and Recovery of Oracle Fusion Applications.
  • Monitor Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, OTM, and EPM applications performance and architecture and maintain the Oracle Fusion Cloud reliability, integrity, and recoverability.
  • Support activities related to patching/critical updates/downtime for ERP, EPM, and OTMROLE: ORACLE FUSION ERP ADMIN CONSULTANTLOCATION: WATSONVILLE, CA
  • Work with internal staff, third-party vendors, and Oracle to update and communicate environment maintenance schedules, refresh schedules, and outages.
  • View and monitor service requests and service notifications related to patching/critical updates/downtime.
  • Assist technical team members in managing Oracle Fusion Cloud instance configurations and enterprise applications.
  • Support all issues related to Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (ERP, EPM & OTM)
  • Partner with Security, Network, Development and Product Teams to identify issues, driving issue resolution.
  • Implement configurations as needed for Oracle SaaS Applications to support production and development changes.
  • Migrate technical SaaS and PaaS objects such as OIC, BIP, BICC, and ESS jobs
  • Follow up on service requests in MOS as needed to complete issues resolution
  • Complete Service Now tickets as required to support users as needed under agreed SLA

Job Requirements:

  • 8+ years of overall ERP Administration Experience
  • 3+ years of experience administering Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications ERP, EPM & OTM
  • Experience in at least one implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP)
  • Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is preferred
  • Experience in leading full Oracle Cloud ERP Implementation projects involving Requirements, Design, Testing and Roll-out.
  • Working experience with supporting OIC and VBCS.
  • Understand integration patterns to support administrative integrations used in DevOps.
  • Must have experience with Oracle RMC and securing Oracle SaaS Applications.
  • Must understand patching Oracle SaaS environments and how Oracle does releases.
  • Have experience migrating configurations, importing and exporting backups into Oracle SaaS Applications.

Education Qualification:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
