Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. - Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards. - Determines guest needs and suggests menu items to enhance service and meet sales goals. - Prepares a variety of food and beverage orders according to established recipes and outlet standards. - Operates electronic cash register system to accurately and immediately account for payment transactions; transports monies to and from the main Credit cage. - Maintains cleanliness and supplies in side stations; cleans and wipes down workstation and utensils before and after each assignment. - Stocks foods in their proper place in food storerooms and rotates stock as necessary. - Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned. - Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.


- High School Diploma or equivalent required. - Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred. - Previous cash handling experience a plus. - Ability to operate a P.O.S. System and/or adding machine and make change. - Must have strong written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English. - Ability to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime, as business needs dictate.
