Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Engineer to oversee our machine processors and support efficient, safe, and optimized production operations. This role will be responsible for analyzing workflows, improving manufacturing processes, supporting machine operators, and ensuring our molding operations run at peak performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of machine processors across injection molding and blow molding lines
  • Communicate with Processors on various shifts as required; facility operates 24/7/365
  • Willing to take calls about production issues on nights/weekends 
  • Analyze manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for efficiency, quality, and cost improvements
  • Develop and optimize standard operating procedures, work instructions, and process documentation
  • Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing and waste reduction
  • Monitor equipment performance data and recommend improvements or upgrades
  • Train and support operators on process best practices
  • Ensure safety standards, quality requirements, and production goals are consistently met
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in injection molding or plastics manufacturing preferred
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, workflow optimization, and production metrics
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced production environment

SchedulePrimarily Monday-Friday dayshift hours, but may have to occasionally come in to communicate with teams on other shifts. Would need to take night/weekend calls as needed from processors with questions.
