As an RF Engineer, you will work hands-on with complex multi-function modules, collaborating with top experts in a supportive, innovative environment. This is a full-time, weekend shift position with an initial first-shift training period, offering unique work-life balance and opportunities for professional growth within a global leader in aerospace and defense. Responsibilities - Drive the production and troubleshooting of advanced RF modules for high-reliability, mission-critical systems. - Resolve complex technical challenges with innovative, hands-on solutions in a dynamic laboratory and manufacturing setting. - Collaborate closely with hardware, systems, and circuit design engineers as well as manufacturing support teams to ensure product quality and performance. - Lead root-cause analysis and failure investigations to support ongoing product improvement. - Act independently to resolve operational issues, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and rigorous standards. - Prepare and deliver technical presentations to both internal and external stakeholders.
