Job Summary

The Engineer is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and overall functioning of the building’s mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. This role ensures that all facilities operate safely and efficiently, minimizing downtime and providing a comfortable environment for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions and system failures promptly.
  • Maintain records of maintenance work, repairs, and inventory of tools and parts.
  • Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or installations.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.
