Job description

Location: Detroit, MI Detroit offers a vibrant urban environment with a rich cultural heritage, world-class dining, and entertainment options. Facility: This respected health system operates a Level I Trauma Center that provides comprehensive inpatient services to the Detroit community.

The facility offers a dynamic practice environment with strong clinical support, advanced technology, and a collaborative team approach to patient care. Opportunity: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - Anesthesia Job Details: • Provide anesthesia services in an inpatient hospital setting • Deliver care across a wide range of surgical and procedural cases in a Level I Trauma Center • Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nursing staff, and perioperative teams • Participate in scheduled night and weekend call coverage • Respond within 1 hour when on-call and provide services as needed (2-hour minimum callback) • Manage pre-anesthesia assessments and evaluations • Administer anesthesia and monitor patients intraoperatively • Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management • Document all patient encounters in EPIC EMR • Maintain compliance with hospital credentialing and clinical standards • Two call shifts per 6-week schedule with weekend rotation coverage • Must be Board Certified CRNA with active Michigan RN License • ACLS and BLS certifications required • Minimum 1-2 years CRNA work experience required • Clean malpractice/license history required • DEA and CSR/CDS must be obtained prior to start • $40,000 sign-on bonus included Compensation: Employed salary with benefits.
