Assembly / Production Associate
Location: Middletown
Shift: Monday–Friday 3PM-11PM
Pay: $19.00/hour + DOE (plus $1.25/hr shift diff.)
Schedule: Full-time with possible overtime
Duration: Temp to Hire

Signature Staffing is hiring Assembly / Production Associates for a well-established manufacturing facility. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on experience looking for a stable 3rd shift role with strong earning potential.

What You’ll Do:
  • Perform hand assembly of electronic components and cable assemblies
  • Read and follow work instructions, prints, and schematics
  • Operate manual and semi-automated production equipment
  • Complete final assembly, packaging, and inspection of products
  • Accurately record production data and maintain quality documentation
  • Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs as needed
  • Follow all safety, PPE, and company procedures
