The Mailing & Fulfillment Operator position is a Full time, Temporary position.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Verify that processed mail meets established postal service parameters and quality standards.
• Read and interpret documents to process PAVE mail, insert, fold, and merge letters and envelopes.
• Apply postage using TABS (glue) and LABELS (handwritten addresses).
• Operate the card inserting machine efficiently to ensure timely production.
• Weigh correspondence to estimate mailing requirements.
• Prepare mail information cards for placement in address trays.
• Verify address formatting and classify letters according to postal codes.
• Ensure correct information is printed before placing cards on the production line.
• Extract cards manually or mechanically and verify tray contents for accuracy.
• Support sorting machine technicians in case of malfunctions.
• Conduct inventory checks in warehouse and production areas to ensure material availability.
• Report any operational errors or issues to the Group Leader.
• Complies fully and consistently with the Company's standards, policies, and procedures and the local and federal laws applicable to our industry, business, and employment practices.
