Koswire is the industry leader in stainless steel wire production worldwide since its founding in 1977. We are seeking energetic, dependable individuals for Machine Operators ready to take on an exciting career in Stainless Steel Wire Manufacturing.

  • Initial Pay: starts from $20.00/hour . Supplemental Monthly Bonus based on achievement of production goals
  • Schedule: Full time, 4 days on/ 2 days off , 7 am – 7 pm or 7 pm – 7 am, overtime required(10-15hours per week), 1.5 times overtime pay, Rotate day-night shift by monthly. Not an assemble line job.

Responsibilities:

-Set up, running and monitoring machinery (We provide training)
-Make an effort to make good quality of wire
-Make sure the reel is in good condition for proper winding
-Packing products and issue tag identification
-General warehouse duties related to machinery and safety
-Cleaning and organize the working area
-Frequent forklift operation to move intermediate wire and product spools
around the warehouse inside and outside
-Perform other duties as necessary -Not Assembly Line

Requirements:

-Willing to learn the skills needed
-Keep the 6'S rules to keep a good clean, neat and organized work area
-Keep the safety rules and obey all rules as directed.
-Keep the working schedule from production manager.
-Show up on time and work the days you are scheduled to work.
-Follow the instruction of senior position person.
-Cooperation with co-worker/team member.
-Follow the schedule that requires to work rotate shift: days/nights and some weekends
-Ability to work in a multi-cultural, team oriented environment.
-Applicant must pass drug screen ,COVID-19 testing and Background check(If vaccinated, vaccination record will be required)
-Requires In-person Interview
