Job description

TGI Promo T-shirt Screen Printing - Press Operators

TGI Promo is Tulsa's biggest custom screen print shop. We just moved into our big beautiful new facility and we are in growth mode! We are hiring full-time Press Operators to print and assist with printing shirts on our automatic presses. We offer a starting pay of $15 per hour with up to $20 per hour based on experience. Training is provided, and there are big opportunities for advancement.

Key Details:

  • Hourly Rate: $15/hour starting with no experience, with higher pay rates if you have prior printing experience.
  • Schedule: 40+ hours/week with OT required Aug-Oct and Mar-Apr. Overtime pay of $22.50 to $30.00 per hour and bonuses.
  • Attendance Bonuses: Paid bi-weekly and quarterly.
  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for 8 hours a day and lift/rotate up to 10 lbs.
  • Transportation: Reliable transportation to work is required.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
