Principal Accountabilities
  • Tracking, reading, or creating reports manually or via computer
  • Set up, operate, tear down machines as required
  • Operate all aspects of assigned machines including quick changeovers ensuring meeting spec, safety and quality
  • Cleanliness and housekeeping
  • Maintaining a safe working environment
  • Other tasks may be assigned per the discretion of management

Required Qualifications
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Basic math ability (Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, Division)
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Basic computer skills
  • Availability to work outside of normal shift up to including weekend and off shift hours as needed

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous food manufacturing experience
  • Previous leadership experience
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Production experience
  • Work history in the last 12 months
