We’re hiring a full-time Customer Support Associate to join our team in Kansas City. This role is ideal for someone who’s comfortable speaking with customers, handling day-to-day support tasks, and working in a busy but supportive environment.

You’ll be helping customers with general questions, resolving basic issues, processing information, and making sure people get a quick and professional response. Some days are fast-paced, especially during busy periods, so we’re looking for someone who can stay organised and communicate well under pressure.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Assisting customers with orders, account questions, and general support
  • Updating customer records and internal systems accurately
