Job description

AC4S LLC is currently seeking a Facility Supervisor to Oversee daily warehouse operations at the contractor-provided Northern Virginia facility, ensuring all consular support activities including receiving, inventory, storage, and preparation functions are executed in accordance with contract requirements and OSHA regulations. Manages facility staffing to maintain core operating hours from 7:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, and coordinates extended service hour coverage during emergencies, special projects, or increased workload events as directed by the Government

Ensure environmental controls including ambient temperature, air quality, and humidity levels are maintained within required thresholds, coordinating corrective action and notifying the AAS COR when adjustments are necessary. Oversees equipment disposal staging and manages transportation, supplies, and materials required to sustain warehouse services. Coordinates with the AAS COR and applicable GTMs on operational requirements, security incidents, and risks affecting facility services.

Ensures a minimum of ten Government workspaces are maintained and available for ad hoc use within the facility campus. Ensuring all facility operations comply with applicable DOS policies, industry best practices, and contractual requirements. Desired Certifications: Class I - Electric Motor Rider Trucks - OSHA Class I Powered Industrial Truck Operator Powered by large industrial batteries; quiet, used indoors.

Certification focuses on narrow-space maneuvering and high-lift safety Experience and Skills Supervised daily facility operations, ensuring the building, equipment, and grounds were maintained in a safe, clean, and efficient condition. Coordinated preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections by working with internal teams and outside contractors.

Managed facility budgets tracked maintenance expenses, and optimized resource allocation to control operating costs. Ensured compliance with OSHA regulations, safety policies, and building codes through regular inspections and corrective actions. Led and supervised maintenance and custodial staff, assigning work, monitoring performance, and improving operational efficiency Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree - 6 or more years of relevant education/work experience.

OR Master of Arts/Master of Science with 4+ years of experience. Physical Requirements Footwear: Steel-toe boots or steel-toe protective shoes are required at all times while performing warehouse duties or handling IT equipment. Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift, carry, and move IT equipment and boxed assets weighing a minimum of 40 pounds .

Occasional lifting of items above this weight may be required with proper team-lift procedures. Standing and Walking: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday, including walking between storage areas, staging zones, and inventory stations. Bending, Stooping, and Reaching: Regular bending, kneeling, stooping, and reaching to access shelves, pallet racks, and inventory locations.

Pushing and Pulling: Ability to push or pull carts, pallet jacks, or other equipment used to transport IT assets within the warehouse environment. Manual Dexterity: Sufficient hand and finger dexterity to safely unbox, label, scan, connect, and prepare IT hardware and accessories. Environmental Conditions: Ability to work in a warehouse setting with variable temperatures, concrete flooring, and active movement of equipment and personnel.

May require use of basic PPE such as gloves or safety glasses depending on task. Equipment Operation (if applicable): Ability to safely operate non-powered material handling equipment (e.g., carts, dollies, pallet jacks). No forklift operation is assumed unless separately certified and required
