About This Role

We're seeking a dedicated, caring professional to provide a nurturing environment for Pre-Kindergarten students, working closely with our team to deliver an exceptional educational experience. This role involves childcare responsibilities, maintaining a clean and organized classroom, and interacting with parents. We prioritize our employees' work-life balance, offering Monday-to-Friday schedules with no nights or weekends and closed major holidays. What You'll Do

Responsibilities include caring for students in the classroom, ensuring a safe and engaging environment, and maintaining a clean and organized classroom. Greeting parents and meeting daily responsibilities are also essential aspects of this role. Above all, providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience for students is our top priority.


Requirements

State requirements include a background check, up-to-date physical, high school diploma or equivalent, and completion of online classes. Additionally, you may be eligible for compensation for a degree or ongoing education through the Tennessee Early Childhood Training Alliance (TECTA).
