We’re Hiring at Two Levels — CDL & Non-CDL

CDL Drivers (Class A or B preferred): Step into a senior crew leader role with the highest earning potential.

Non-CDL Drivers (26ft Box Truck): Valid standard license with a clean MVR. Lead local residential and commercial moves.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate 26ft box trucks or larger on local and intrastate moves

• Lead and supervise crews of 2–4 movers on every job

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain DOT compliance

• Oversee loading and unloading for maximum efficiency and zero damage

• Ensure proper packing, wrapping, and furniture protection by all crew members

• Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the move

• Manage job timelines and communicate proactively with dispatch

• Complete all required paperwork — inventories, bills of lading, damage reports

• Train and mentor new movers on technique, safety, and professionalism

• Resolve any customer concerns on-site with calm and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL-A or CDL-B preferred; non-CDL considered)

• 1 year of moving industry or truck driving experience preferred

• Prior crew leadership or supervisory experience preferred

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability under pressure

• Working knowledge of packing, loading, and furniture handling techniques

• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and MVR review
