Legal Senior Onsite Service Specialist
POSITION PROFILE
Provides operations functions in one or all the following areas: incoming mail, Data entry of party information to e-filing website, document extraction of court files utilizing Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Word, uploading of court filings to e-filing website. Due to the higher level of presentation and telephone skills needed to perform Customer Service duties, employees performing this function are considered to be Senior Legal On-Site Services Specialist. This position reports directly to the Manager Site Operations or Site Manager, depending on site personnel configuration.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Data Entry of filing information for documents using a multitude of Court websites
• Extracting Documents from a pdf using Adobe Acrobat
• Using Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Word during the filing of Documents using a multitude of Court websites
• Using Case Management system to track incoming work flow
• May perform filing duties in conjunction with specific customer requests.
• Answers customer questions regarding status or feasibility of job requests.
• Performs duties related to the receiving of materials.
• May require periodic overtime on nights and weekends, including off-hour emergency response.
• Uses all copier equipment, calculator, fax machine, postage meter and some PC.
• Performs filing duties, which may include 'purging' and archiving old documents.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Word
• Basic knowledge of Windows/Microsoft Office
• Requires high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of related work experience.
• May require valid driver's license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage per Ricoh.
