Job Summary:
NuAxis Innovations is a federal IT company focused on enhancing customer experience in government solutions. They are seeking a Help Desk Support Technician to provide frontline IT support in a fast-paced environment, ensuring mission-critical operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver Tier 1 support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals

• Support network connectivity, VPN, and remote access tools
