Qualifications

3-5 years of application and desktop support experience in financial institutions; Effectively able to communicate with all levels of Management, IT teams and Bankers of all levels, also must have interpersonal skills Mobile Phones: IPhones, Blackberries, Androids; Printer issues :Active Directory - Password Resets; Ability to recognize and communicate risk with a strong track record for production risk mitigation is extremely important to the role; Ability to deliver quality products and processes to a production environment; MS Office Troubleshooting(Windows XP/7, Office 2003/2007/2010, Outlook); Maintain emotional control under stress.
