Summary:

Agile Group seeks a detail-oriented, well-organized, dependable Analyst with excellent interpersonal skills to join our team within the Federal Client. This is an on-site position requiring in-office presence 5 days per week during non-traditional hours:

  • Evening Shift: 2PM-10PM
  • Overnight Shift: 10PM-6AM

Your five working days may vary week to week, with days off scheduled on a rotating basis (which may include traditional weekend days). You'll receive your schedule with at least two weeks advance notice. The role requires extraordinary organization, multi-project tasking, attention to detail, sound work ethic, collaborative teamwork, and exceptional service to a large federal agency operating worldwide.


Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on operational activities and incidents related to Federal Client
  • Produce a visualizations of operations to support senior-level decision-making utilizing PowerBI and WebEOC
  • Maintain and improve client SharePoint sites
  • Support Federal Client's operations with data-driven monitoring, analysis, and reporting aligned to operational priorities and emergency management objectives
  • Conduct daily data validation, audit tracking, and trend analysis to identify anomalies, strengthen system security, and improve data integrity
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations during assigned shifts
  • Maintain situational awareness and provide timely updates and reports on ongoing incidents or issues
  • Collaborate with law enforcement, intelligence agencies, DHS, and interagency partners to synchronize data updates and improve notification accuracy
  • Respond to and resolveissues, providing analytical insight into recurring technical issues and recommending process improvements
  • Develop performance dashboards and KPI reports in Power BI and Excel, enabling leadership to monitor operational efficiency and workforce status in near real-time
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including situation summaries on alert volume, user distribution, and regional response times
  • Maintain a detailed log of all activities during assigned shift
  • Ensure compliance with all federal regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Facilitate operator training and onboarding, ensuring proper configuration, system compliance, and consistent user proficiency of government systems


Compensation:

  • $60 - $75per hour, commensurate with experience and clearance level

Requirements:

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in law enforcement, military, or intelligence operations preferred
  • Strong communication and analytical skills required
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, WebEOC, Power BI, and incident management software
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Must be able to work onsite during overnight hours (2PM to 10PM or 10 PM to 6 AM), with schedule variations as needed
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance beyond Public Trust
