Job Summary
The Deposit Operations Representative III position at Texas First Bank is responsible for a variety of tasks, such as handling NSFs, stop payments, chargebacks, ACH disputes, unposted transactions, check returns, reclamations, wire transfers and other duties as assigned. This role requires independent decision-making and the ability to detect fraud patterns and suspicious activity. It also requires supporting retail staff. Must have knowledge of various banking regulations i.e. Reg E, Reg CC, Nacha Rules, etc.
Education and Special Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Attention to deta il and strong analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and organizational abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Minimum 5 years in banking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to operate various office equipment.
