Position Summary:ย ย
The Front Desk Receptionist is the first impression of Mountain View Pain Center and plays a critical role in creating a welcoming, organized, and efficient patient experience. This role supports clinic operations by managing patient flow, scheduling appointments, coordinating care, and ensuring clear communication across departments.ย
Youโllย serve as a key point of contact for patientsโboth in person and over the phoneโwhileย maintainingย accurateย records, handling insurance information, and supporting smooth daily clinic operations.ย
Whatย Youโllย Do:ย
- Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism, warmth, and compassionย
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using clinic software systemsย
- Answer incoming calls and provideย accurate,ย timelyย information to patients and callersย
- Make outbound calls to reschedule appointments and meet minimum call attempt expectationsย
- Coordinate appointment transitions for patients with multiple same-day visitsย
- Facilitate Uber transportation for Personal Injury (PI) patients when neededย
- Collect and verify insurance information and process payments asย requiredย
- Scan, upload, andย maintainย accurateย patient documentationย
- Communicate promptly and effectively with clinical and administrative teamsย
- Notify medical staff of patient arrivals and support patient flow throughout the clinicย
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front reception areaย
- Support general administrative tasks as assignedย
Minimum Experience & Qualificationsย
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferredย
- Minimum 1 year experience as a medical receptionistย in aย fast pacedย environmentย
- Minimum 1 year experience with medical schedulingย
- Strong customer service skills and patient-first mindsetย
- Proficient computer and typing skillsย
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferredย
- Access to reliable transportationย
Compensation & Scheduleย
Pay Range:ย $19.50 per hourย
Job Type:ย Full-timeย
Work Location: Central Denver/Lowryย Clinic โ 100% onsite/in-personย
Hours:ย
- MondayโThursday: 7:45ย AMโ5:00ย PM; with a 2 hour lunch break
- Friday: 7:45ย AMโ1:00 PMย
