Gemini Construction works in cooperation with Hull Property Group to complete large scale renovation and demolition projects, everyday site work and store build outs for national retailers at all of the company's retail properties. Together Hull Property Group and Gemini Construction work to create welcoming and functional shopping environments that appeal to both tenants and customers.


Commercial Construction Superintendent

This is an 8 to 12 month project in Muncie, IN.   Qualified candidates must live within a commutable distance to Muncie, IN, with  possibility of continued work if willing to travel.  


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

Daily review of compliance with the plans and perform quality control reviews of subcontractors' work.

Review, understand, and enforce schedule obligations.

Daily coordination of multiple tasks/trades simultaneously and identification of conflicts of work conditions.

Maintain daily log, track and report construction activity on the jobsite.

Timely identification of potential change order and/or gaps in scopes of work.

Receive, inspect, and verify material deliveries against purchase orders and delivery documents.

Ensure jobsite is kept clean and organized.

Enforce OSHA and Company safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

 Qualifications

Work Location: In person

5 plus years of construction experience, ideally in commercial construction; multiple divisions are preferred.

Ability to read drawings, specifications, and renderings.

Must be available via phone and/or e-mail for extended work hours, including weekends.

Ability to communicate effectively internally and externally.
