The ideal candidate is comfortable working in fastpaced, highpressure environments, thrives in the field, and brings strong organizational, communication, and problemsolving skills.
This role is wellsuited for an earlycareer professional pursuing a career in emergency management, construction management, or disaster response who wants direct exposure to Superintendentlevel operations. You will work closely with the Assistant Director of Operations to coordinate labor, subcontractors, schedules, materials, and reporting on active disaster recovery sites—often under challenging conditions and compressed timelines.
Successful candidates are proactive, safetyfocused, adaptable, and willing to commit the time and effort required to support critical response operations, including extended hours and travel as needed. A strong desire to learn, contribute to team success, and grow into future leadership roles is essential.
