Customer Service Representative Supervisor
Location: 5100 N. Lamb Blvd. Las Vegas, NV 89115
Pay: $21/hour plus commissions
Hours: Full-time: 40 hours/week (4/10 hour days, including one weekend day a week)

-Open and close the storefront, manage employee daily schedules, breaks, and task lists

-Monitor customer service operations, including tracking parts orders and team member productivity
-Train employees on company software, policies, and procedures
-Set, communicate, and follow up on goals and tasks for the team to ensure accountability

-Identify areas of improvement in operational efficiency and implement solutions
-Master company software to assist customers and support team members
-Handle customer transactions (cash and card) using the company's point of sale system

-Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability and customer satisfaction
