QUALITY INSPECTOR
Friday - Sunday
6:30 am - 7:00 pm
$24.72 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Inspect all molded products to ensure compliance with customer requirements and technical drawings
  • Perform timely inspections of first-off parts to support production flow
  • Conduct press audits in accordance with company procedures
  • Complete patrol audits promptly and report any non-conformances to the Cell Leader
  • Load and unload ovens as needed
  • Follow all applicable SOPs and job card instructions
  • Perform shift handovers, communicating key information about work in progress
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
  • Accurately record work in Syteline/DLP and file completed work properly
  • Consistently meet or exceed departmental KPIs in efficiency, quality, and safety
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to promote best practices
  • Demonstrate strong basic math skills
  • Adhere to assigned schedules and company timekeeping policies
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Must have prior quality and inspection experience
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
