Job description

Job Description: 

  • Facilitate, connect, and foster relationships between staff and prospective students and their families
  • Assist in the planning & execution of all aspects of the recruiting department
  • Effectively lead campus tours to prospective student-athletes and their families
  • Assist in the daily football recruiting operations and perform various tasks as assigned
  • Assist in the management and data entry of the recruiting database for prospective football student-athletes
 
Skills Required:
 
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and exhibit TU spirit!
  • Punctual to all football events, gamedays, official/unofficial visits
  • Effective communication skills with coaches, staff, and prospective students and their families
  • Problem solving and solutions based ideas
  • Must be open to work weekend and possible night events
