About this opportunity 

Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by efficiently addressing customer questions, concerns, and inquiries through professional, positive, and respectful interactions within the Service Department. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, and the capacity to handle administrative responsibilities while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and support.


What your role will look like

  • Accurately and appropriately manage and respond to customer questions, concerns and inquiries
  • Take incoming calls from Service Technicians and provide servicing and dispatch support
  • Timely and accurate managing of the service call scheduling and dispatching.
  • Provide customer with requested information by using application software or other appropriate means, and assist customer to achieve total satisfaction
  • Prepare documentation for data entry; perform data entry including entering customer information into computer system, such as charges or credits on customer accounts
  • Filing of customer documentation in appropriate folders

What you’ll bring to this role

  • Education: Minimum of high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Experience operating a multi-line/function phone system
  • Must possess general knowledge of applicable codes to assist technicians
  • Demonstrate ability to read and write in English and perform basic math skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to multi-task.
  • Demonstrate reliability and good customer service skills.
