Job description

Position: Ecommerce Fulfillment Associate

Department: Retail

Reports to: Senior Manager, Retail Operations

At Canucks Sports & Entertainment, we are excited to be in the business of creating memorable moments for our fans and guests. We are now inviting enthusiastic, passionate individuals to join our event staff team and be part of the excitement during Canucks games, Warriors games, and concerts at Rogers Arena. POSITION SUMMARY:

The Ecommerce Fulfillment Associate is a cross-functional position trained in multiple areas of operation, including inbound processing, order fulfillment, order packaging, and customer returns processing.  This role will be primarily responsible for accurate and timely fulfillment of online customer orders.  This position will also be required to work during game nights and events.

A typical shift includes:

  • Efficiently picking customer order or shipments, ensuring the quality and accuracy of all online orders
  • Packaging product into bags and boxes and prepare appropriate shipping paperwork
  • Working event nights to ensure a seamless pickup experience
  • Ensuring that all product in the warehouse is properly labeled and stored in appropriate locations
  • Assisting the Ecommerce Specialist with customer service questions and emails in a timely manner
  • Assisting the Merchandise Coordinator with pulling re-stock for store replenishment
  • Performing inventory counts as required
  • Other duties as required

 

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in retail operations
  • Self-starter mentality that is excited by autonomy and has a relentless drive to exceed expectations
  • Great organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and outstanding administrative and time management skills
  • Excellent people skills, with an ability to work closely and cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • A team-first attitude that thrives working in a collaborative, egoless environment
  • Speed and accuracy in data entry
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and POS operating systems specifically Microsoft RMS
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels (social media, display, SEM, etc.)
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as required by event and promotions schedule
  • Ability to lift more than 25 pounds and to stand for the majority of the day
  • Non-Canadian residents must hold a valid work permit with a minimum of 8 months of validity remaining

  • This is an onsite role at Rogers Arena in downtown Vancouver
