Job Details • How many years of related experience are you looking for in your ideal candidate: Minimum one (1) year of experience working in a health care setting, clerical, receptionist, customer service, or related environment preferred. • Specific Systems Knowledge Required: Outlook, Word, Excel • Specific Systems Knowledge Preferred: Epic, Smartsheet • Performs administrative and clerical work (e.g., data entry/tracking, document review, triaging incoming calls/emails) to support employee health programs. • Coordinates occupational health assessments (OHAs) for current and new employees, assists new hires with completing forms, and serves as a liaison between HR/talent acquisition and employee health with minimal guidance. • Performs record-keeping of employee immunizations to ensure compliance with relevant requirements with limited supervision. • Top Three Skillsets needed: • Communication • Attention to Detail • Autonomy • Anything else important we need to know to fill your role: Requires HIPPA/Compliance and Confidentiality training - dealing with employee medical information.
