Job Summary:
The customer service representative will be responsible for helping customers by providing product/service information, quoting, placing/scheduling orders and resolving issues.
Essential job functions:

  • Handle customer inquiries by email, phone.
  • Data Entry
  • Quoting, placing and scheduling orders provided by large customer base
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Manage files, update paperwork, distribute communications in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining and growing customer relationships.
Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced office environment
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience in inside sales, customer service, or order processing
