Admin Services Associate

Pay Rate: $20-$21/HR on W2 Location: 250 Riverchase Pkwy, Birmingham AL - Hours: M-F, 8-5 (flexible)

Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances: The role operates within a facilities or property management environment, specifically supporting the Parking Services function. The resource will work closely with a parking vendor, handling administrative tasks and ensuring accurate billing and operational coordination.

Resource's typical working day:

  • Data Entry & Spreadsheet Management: Inputting and maintaining data related to parking invoices, vendor charges, and location audits. Accuracy is critical, as this data feeds into billing and compliance processes.
  • Invoice Auditing: Reviewing charges submitted by the parking vendor to ensure they align with agreed terms and actual usage. Flagging discrepancies and coordinating resolution.
  • Vendor Coordination: Assisting with the setup and maintenance of the parking vendor's profile within internal systems. Ensuring all required documentation and access protocols are in place.
  • Guest & Temporary Parking Support Facilitating parking arrangements for guests and temporary personnel. This includes issuing passes, tracking usage, and ensuring smooth access.
