POSITION SUMMARY

JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for customer service and accurate data entry. Will motivate repeat business to casino.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Establish a means of identifying players and effectively cultivating a relationship with them. The key factor to the player is “Service” and the Player's Club is designed to be a superior form of Guest service.
  2. Promptly greet guests in a courteous and professional manner, enrolls new members in the Player's Club, explains the advantages/benefits of membership in the Player's Club.
  3. Encourage use of the Player's Club Card
  4. Accurately record guest’s transactions/redemptions.
  5. Responsible for maintaining knowledge regarding the events/services in the Casino, assists with promotions as requested.
  6. Responsible for demonstrating courtesy, respect and sensitivity to the needs of every person, guests and co-workers.
  7. Maintains knowledge of all events in the property as a whole.
  8. Attends and/or facilitates all mandatory meetings and training.
  9. Maintains confidentiality at all times.
  10. Is sensitive to Native American Culture.
  11. Operates within the parameters of the Leech Lake Gaming Human Resource Policy, Departmental Policy Manual and all Tribal Internal Controls (TICs), and all other applicable regulations.
  12. Secures the assets of Leech Lake Gaming and the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe.
  13. Performs other duties as assigned.
