POSITION SUMMARY  

The Warehouse & Logistics Specialist supports safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations by performing tasks such as receiving, storing, shipping, transporting finished goods, and tracking inventory. This role requires daily forklift operation and occasional transport of finished goods between storage locations with a company vehicle. This role plays a key part in ensuring materials flow smoothly to support production, inventory accuracy and customer fulfillment. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 

  • Follow brewery SOPs and all safety policies.  

  • Follow all PPE, GMP and Food Safety practices and policies. 

  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and according to training.  

  • Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment.  

  • Follow receiving and shipping procedures ensuring accurate reporting and documentation. 

  • Assist with storing materials in designated locations using FIFO practices.  

  • Monitor and report on inventory status and assist with cycle counts.  

  • Perform basic ERP data entry for inventory movements.  

  • Maintain cleanliness and order in warehouse areas.  

  • Follow daily shift plan instructions and escalate issues promptly.  

  • Transport finished goods between location using company vehicles, following all safe driving practices and DOT regulations. 

  • Assist across departments as needed to support company goals and smooth operations. 

  • Experience working in warehouse operations. 2+ preferred 
  • Demonstrated ability to safely operate forklifts and obtain certification. 

  • Willingness to learn and follow standard operating procedures.  

  • Basic computer/data entry skills. 

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required. Must be able to complete and pass a DOT medical exam upon hire. 

  • Prior WMS database or ERP experience is a plus. 

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions: 

  • Fast-paced and frequently changing work environment. 

  • Subject to extreme temperatures. 

  • Ability to ascend/descend stairs and ladders throughout shift. 

  • Ability to stand/move for 10-12 hours per day with frequent reaching, bending twisting. 

  • Able to lift 55lbs several times a day. 

  • Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including, but not limited to, safety glasses, ear protection and safety toe boots (as required by company policy). 

  • Ability to work in tight or enclosed spaces. 

  • Comfortable getting off and on the forklift several times a day. 

Schedule: Currently hiring for 2 positions. Schedule may vary based on business needs. 

  • Fri - Mon, 6:00 am - 4:30 pm, Thurs - Sun 6:00 am - 4:30pm
  • Overtime including holidays and weekends as needed.

Pay:

Starting Pay: $18.50 - $22.00 per hour depending on experience + Premium Pay

Premium Pay:

Hours worked during the following windows will receive premium pay as follows:

  • 5:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m.: Earn an additional 10% per hour.
  • 1:00 a.m. - 7:00 a.m.: Earn an additional 15% per hour.
  • All hours on Saturday and Sunday: Earn an additional 15% per hour.
