Job description

The HVAC Technician will be responsible for servicing, repairing, troubleshooting, and installing residential HVAC systems while maintaining excellent customer service and workmanship standards. This role requires strong technical knowledge, professionalism, and the ability to work independently while supporting overall team success. Commercial HVAC experience is considered a plus.

Qualifications
 Minimum 5+ years of HVAC experience
 Strong residential HVAC experience required
 Commercial HVAC experience preferred
 Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
 Ability to pass background check and drug screening
 Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
 Excellent customer service and communication skills
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 Strong work ethic, professionalism, and reliability
