Midtown is looking for a rockstar Cycling Instructor to bring energy, personality, and unforgettable experiences to our RIDE studio.

This is more than leading a workout. We are searching for performers, motivators, community-builders, and music lovers who know how to create magic on the bike. If you can command a room, connect with riders, and deliver an immersive ride that members can't wait to take again, we want to meet you.

What You'll Do

As a Midtown RIDE Instructor, you'll transform a cycling class into an experience.

You'll:

  • Lead beat-driven rides that energize, inspire, and challenge members.

  • Create a powerful atmosphere through music, coaching, lighting, and performance.

  • Build genuine relationships and a loyal community of riders.

  • Motivate members of all fitness levels to push beyond what they thought possible.

  • Bring your authentic personality to every class and make the studio come alive.

  • Deliver a consistent, safe, and exceptional member experience.

Who You Are

You are:

  • A natural performer with presence, confidence, and charisma.

  • Passionate about music, movement, and creating memorable experiences.

  • Comfortable coaching to the beat and using rhythm to drive the ride.

  • Energetic, engaging, and able to connect with a room full of riders.

  • Reliable, professional, and committed to excellence.

  • Excited to build your following and contribute to a strong studio community.

  • Flexible and available to teach a variety of class times, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and special events.

What Sets You Apart

Bonus points if you:

  • Have experience teaching rhythm-based cycling classes.

  • Love being on stage and thrive in front of a crowd.

  • Know how to blend coaching, motivation, and entertainment into one seamless experience.

  • Continuously seek opportunities to grow, learn, and elevate your craft.

Requirements

  • Current nationally recognized Indoor Cycling Certification.

  • CPR/AED Certification (or ability to obtain before hire).

  • Previous group fitness or indoor cycling instruction experience preferred.

  • Ability to coach safely while delivering a high-energy experience.

Why Midtown?

At Midtown, we don't just hire instructors, we develop talent. With multiple boutique fitness concepts, ongoing education, and opportunities to expand your teaching portfolio, Midtown is a place where exceptional instructors can build a long-term fitness career.

Bring the energy. Bring the music. Bring your personality. We'll provide the stage.
