Job description

  • Providing support to the Combat Plans Division (CPD) of the 616th Operations Center in execution of the 16th Air Force’s mission located in San Antonio, Texas
  • Understanding of cybersecurity concepts, reading and understanding higher headquarters cyber orders
  • Providing orders management support focused on cyber mission-related and exercise orders for cyber operations personnel
  • Reviewing orders repositories across multiple enclaves multiple times daily; maintenance of orders trackers and status visibility for mission and exercise participants; management of suspense's and prioritization of short-notice requirements in support of operational timelines; and production of recurring and ad hoc reports/metrics supporting operational battle rhythm (e.g., upcoming mission/exercise orders, open orders, execution status summaries)
  • Coordinating, preparing, and processing mission and exercise orders (e.g., operational taskings, exercise participation, special mission support orders) using Government-directed systems and procedures and coordinate with Government stakeholders to ensure orders align with mission/exercise schedules and administrative prerequisites
