Requirement/Must Have:

  • Strong communication and content development skills (technical → business-friendly) — heavy emphasis on communications background.
  • Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate).
  • Familiarity with phishing simulations (e.g., Hoxhunt) and security awareness programs.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
  • Action-oriented, high-energy, with strong coordination skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with exceptional follow-through—ensures nothing falls between the cracks.
  • Ability to build close, trusted relationships with key stakeholders across teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver security communications and awareness campaigns.
