- Charting System: Cerner (preferred experience)
- Patient Ratio: 1:4-5

Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- Current and valid state RN license at time of submission
- Emergency Department experience in a Level I Trauma Center required
- ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
- Strong skills in triage, dysrhythmia interpretation, IV initiation and maintenance, and central line care/management
- Experience with Cerner charting preferred
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Two supervisor references required
- COVID-19 vaccine required; flu vaccine required with allowable exemptions as noted
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients
- Assess, triage, and stabilize patients presenting with a wide range of urgent and emergent conditions
- Support trauma-focused care in a fast-paced Level I Trauma Center environment
- Monitor patients closely, interpret dysrhythmias, and respond appropriately to changes in condition
- Perform and maintain IV access, central line care, and other critical emergency department procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, efficient, patient-centered care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record
- Work within established patient ratios while contributing to a strong team environment
