Location: Aston, PA
Pay Rate: $23.00 - $25.00 an hour
Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We're actively seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Aston. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced office environment supporting customers, sales operations, and daily business activities.
Job Description:
In this role, you will assist customers by answering questions, processing orders, resolving issues, and supporting inside sales operations while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude at all times
  • Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries promptly
  • Process customer orders, modifications, and branch transfers accurately
  • Communicate with customers through phone, email, and other channels
  • Assist customers with product and service information
  • Build and maintain product knowledge across company product lines
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and communications
  • Coordinate with internal departments and outside sales representatives
  • Take customer payment information and update account details as needed
Shift/Hours:
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

  • Previous customer service and sales experience required
