This is anEntry LevelCustomer Service Representative role, providing a "best in class" customer experience to our internal and external customers, primarily over the phone and via email. The Customer Service Representative will interact with our sales staff and customers regarding orders, processing of orders, products and services, issues, complaints, and provide accurate information efficiently in order to create a cohesive relationship with your sales representatives and customer accounts.
Responsibilities Include:
- Answer all incoming phone and email communications in a timely, professional, and engaging manner
- Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency
- Accurately enter order and/or customer data intocomputer tracking system
- Able to set appropriate expectations with customers and sales team and resolve conflicts if/when necessary
- Solution oriented and self-motivated
- Other tasks as assigned
The CSR role is a Monday through Friday (no evenings or weekends) position, working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in office and Friday remotely. Magid is headquartered in Romeoville (IL). The hours for this role are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
