BlueSky Telepsych Counseling Center is seeking a highly qualified and passionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dedicated team on a full-time basis. This remote role allows you to provide essential mental health services to clients while maintaining a work-life balance, as there are no evening or weekend commitments. As a Telehealth Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their mental health challenges and achieve their rehabilitation goals through individualized care and support.

This position is entirely remote, providing you with the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to a community health clinic. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments with clients to discuss their mental health goals, preferences, and available therapeutic options.
  • Develop personalized rehabilitation plans based on clients' backgrounds, education levels, physical abilities, and future aspirations for employment.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to create and implement customized rehabilitation programs.
  • Maintain comprehensive case files, documenting clients' histories, insurance details, services rendered, and progress notes in compliance with regulations.
  • Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure effective treatment and resolution of any emerging challenges.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients as they participate in job training and occupational placement programs, proactively addressing issues that may arise.
  • Engage with clients' families and support networks to create a holistic approach to care and address client needs effectively.
  • Create timely documentation and reporting that reflects your analysis of clientsโ€™ needs, progress, and any recommendations for further resources.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest therapeutic techniques and advances in mental health treatment to enhance client care.

Qualifications
