Job Title: Contracts Manager

Location: Lansdale, PA

Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Compensation: $95,000-$110,000

Our client is a privately held wholesale distribution company with approximately 100 employees, distributing products across multiple U.S. states. As the company continues to grow, they are seeking an Contracts Manager to build out and own their HR legal and contracts function from the ground up. This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the CEO and HR Manager within a small, close-knit team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who wants true ownership over a growing function, works well autonomously, and is comfortable operating in a small-company environment with direct executive access.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, revise, and execute employment contracts, NDAs, outside sales agreements, and compensation/sales plan agreements
  • Work directly with the CEO and senior managers on contract and HR matters
  • Partner with outside legal professionals to initiate, confirm, and adjust contracts and compliance documentation as needed
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and multi-state employment and labor laws
  • Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbook, and procedural documentation for efficiency
  • Support evaluation and documentation of employee performance and contributions
  • Maintain confidential contract files and legal documentation on behalf of executive leadership
  • Create reports and documentation using Microsoft Excel and Word

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience drafting and executing employment contracts and business agreements
  • Working knowledge of federal, state, and multi-state employment and labor laws
  • Corporate experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel — including report creation)
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a small team
  • Comfortable reporting directly to and working closely with executive leadership
